COOKING DIRECTIONS: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x9x2 cake pan or 12 muffin cups. Empty contents of the bag into a glass mixing bowl. Add one egg, 1/4 cup of oil, and 1 cup of water. Mix with an electric beater until well blended. Pour 1/4 cup into muffin cups or entire batter into cake pan and bake for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick done.
